Our program is tailored to individual physical abilities – with an emphasis on the joy of dancing for both students and instructors.
You may have physical issues, such as knee or back problems, yet we want you to challenge yourselves with Ageless Ballet. Some of my students have happily noticed physical changes – like a straighter back or less pain due to stronger muscles. We believe that these physical improvements are the fruit of their “enjoyable” labor.
We are so happy when we hear them happily say, “I feel like I’m 20 years old when I take a ballet lesson.”
